Can I return my order?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not accept any exchanges or returns. Please check size charts first before placing your order and read descriptions thoroughly. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions. 

The item I received is damaged.

If your item was damaged upon arrival take pictures of the box before opening and of the product that is damaged. Send an email to theboujeeequestrian@gmail.com so we can discuss next steps.

Order Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or changes to orders as they go directly into processing once the order is placed. 

-Legally, by pressing checkout button you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
